I Have A History Of Ovarian Cyst And Endometriosis I

i have a history of ovarian cyst and endometriosis i had surgery 11 years ago was on depo provera shot after for a few months then decided to get pregnant had my little girl 9 years ago got back on depo have been off of depro about 3 years now havent had any pain until today, how can i tell if i have ovarian cyst or if my endometriosis is back
