i have a lump in my balls that hurts really bad when i touch it and also when every step i take. I think its because i was masturbating frequently and when i ejaculate i prevented the ejaculation my squeezing a certain spot of my penis. i prevented the ejaculation probably 20 times in the past 2.5 months. i hope i didnt damage something in there that requires surgery
