I Have A Lump On My Right Leg Next To

i have a lump on my right leg next to my shin, its about the size of a dime or a little bigger and about half an inch out, its hard and pinkish in color, i have had this for as long as i can remember but it has grown from when i was younger, wondering if i should be worried
