I Have A Lump On The Back Of My Hand,

i have a lump on the back of my hand, between the knuckles. it has developed quickly, throughout the day. i am having pain when i use my hand to grasp or pick things up. even when i make a fist. i walk with a cane and am having trouble keeping a grip on it. the lump has gradually turned red.
