I Have A Modular For Several Year 2013 Found But

i have a modular for several year 2013 found but it has not enlarged according to the testing but they want to byup with a needle to be sure, will or could be agivated with the needles pulling tissues from the area or should i just leave it alone as they have been watching it for 3 years with no change?
