What Should I Do When A Mole Keeps Getting Scratched By My Jeans, And Has Begun To Bleed?

i have a mole and it get scratches every day from the maong pants im wearing. Now it’s bleeding after i go home from my work. I make surgery before last july. But the mole came back again. And every day i go to work it keeps scrarching from my jeans maong pants im wearing. I used fucidin for healing. Help me what should i do. Thank you
