I Have A Nasal Drip Inside Not A Runny Nose

i have a nasal drip inside not a runny nose for 4 days now since the mucus or plem is not coming out now i got a lump on my right face below and behind my eardrops and starting to have a small lump on my right cheeks.....what should i do? thank you for your concern.
