I Have A New Sore On My Upper Breast And

i have a new sore on my upper breast and it is very painful. it has a greenish discoloration and is red all around it also has a fluid like discharge. Ive had it for a little over a week now and it doesnt seem to be healing. I am becoming worried of what this could be.
