I Have A Pain In My Lower Back I Am

i have a pain in my lower back i am obese 135 kgs . i did a xray with no results so did a MRI and he says there is a Injury in D12 . and is curious as i have not met with any accident or no fight no fever no numbness of legs nothing , What can it be ?
