I Have A Pain In My Right Side.doctor Said It

i have a pain in my right side.doctor said it is TN. I have done MRI ,CT scan .but doctors did not find nerve not touched together. they have given trinerve tablet and oxetol-150. rarely the pain come. i stopped the tablet. he found that CT scan my neck back bone is tear.now i feel my upper lip is swelling .no pain. i do not know what will do.
