I Have A Pain In The Left Side Of My

i have a pain in the left side of my groin right on the crease where the pelvis meets the top of the leg. it is most painful when i am walking/moving and my left leg becomes painful when i am moving. I have had kidney inflections in the past and it kind of feels like that but its not very painful when i am sitting or lying down, unlike a kidney infection. I have had a yeast/bacterial infection but i have been treating it with home remedies. I have also had UTIs before but its not the same type of pain. there is also a lump under the skin right on the area where the pelvis meets the leg, where it is most painful.
