I Have A Pain On My Right Side Right Behind

i have a pain on my right side right behind my earlobe. i dont have a sore throat or anything, but i can feel it when i swallow. the pain is constantly there. i can live with it....but when i push on that area it really hurts. and just like an ear ache, i keep grabbing my ear...it doesnt feel like its in my ear....its just that one spot???
