I Have A Place That Came Up Under My Arm

i have a place that came up under my arm that hurt real bad. with in 3 days it became so bad that it had a feaver and was sore to touch. i ended up massing it and a big mass of puss infections came out. now theres another not and its bigger then the frist one and hurts real bad, there was at least 3 aweek between both places please help, sincerly Derhonda lynn
