I Have A Problem In My Sperm Analysis Test It

i have a problem in my sperm analysis test it was okay for the past 3 years suddenly i made one last month i found the result is too bad i found:
sperm count\ml 25 million
total 123 million
motility progressive 23%
total motility 35%
and abnormal forms 85%
i dont know why this suddenly dropping it was from one year only
motility progressive was 71%
despite i dont have any problem in Testicular or prostate
