I Have A Problem With My Left Ovary It Enlarged

i have a problem with my left ovary it enlarged in size but am experiencing signs of a person who is pregnant e.g
I smell, i have a tasteless taste in my mouth, back pain and abnorminal pain but when i tested for
Pregnancy it came out negative and i have done it twice and am having regular menstruation though
Though my bleeding decreased and i was given primolut N i was told that it will work on me but
Still am criving for your help
