I Have A Problem With My Right Inner Foot The

i have a problem with my right inner foot the bone right above the arch is alittle swollen and hurts when i take ibprofen it seems to reduce the swelling but as soon as i stand on my foot for to long it hurts again i'm not taking the medication on a regular basis and it 400 mg hate to take meds need to know if i should see a doctor i did bang my foot pretty hard on the open dishwasher the end of september and i'm on my feet most of the day moving around had a physcial early sept with excellant results on all levels of my blood work
