I Have A Problem With Pain In My Ankles And

i have a problem with pain in my ankles and leg mussels when i walk. they really feel fatigued and i have to stop a few seconds for the fatigued feeling to go away. i have a metal heart valve and have been on blood thiners( asprin and coumadin since 2008) i have been on crestor 40 mg since 2006. co-q-10 for the past two years.
