I Have A Random Urine Test Done That Was Only

i have a random urine test done that was only positive for RBCs 11-30
I have flank pain thought I might have a UTI but bacteria few
wbc 0-5
epithelial cells 0-10
urine color clear
they are sending for culture and sensitivty as the doctor had ordered that but I am wondering what this could mean
