I Have A Rash Only On The Front Of My

i have a rash only on the front of my body. it gets very hot and is extremely itchy. It started on my legs about 3 weeks ago. I though it was eczema, but then it spread to my abdomen. and 3 weeks later it has spread to my upper chest and arms as well. All the rash is on the front of my body only. heat aggravates it. I have tried soaking in epsom salt and baking soda baths as well as various lotions. Seem to be getting worse.
