I Have A Rather Large Blood Clot In My Left

i have a rather large blood clot in my left jugular that runs almost to my shoulder. i had a pacemaker updated to a . i bicardial with defib on july . my left arm is swollen and i was started on xarelto last night. i have a flight scheduled out of chi to sac. ca on july 23. is it safe to go on the plane with this clot?
