I Have A Rather Large Lump That Just Appeared On

i have a rather large lump that just appeared on the side of my face. right side near my ear right under my cheekbone. its under the skin and feels like it the size of a superball. it is a little tender and my ear feels itchy and not quite right, but not really in pain either. it showed up over night. i noticed it sunday while washing my face and did not have it saturday. the skin is not discolored and sometimes the lump has pins and needle feeling.
