I Have A Recurring Sore On My Inner Thigh. It

i have a recurring sore on my inner thigh. It looks like a large zit, but is deep purple, almost black in color. I pop it and a bunch of blood comes out. It heals and goes away, but leaves behind a black spot. Then it comes back a week later full of blood again.
