I Have A Red Circle Area On The Top Of

i have a red circle area on the top of my right foot. i first noticed it mid June. on July 24 I had a rash on my torso that I took Benadryl every six hours for 4 days until itchiness subsided. Do I need to get checked for lyme disease. I have had ticks on my dog for the first time this year.
