I Have A Sensation In My Left Ear That Feels

i have a sensation in my left ear that feels like something inside moving. doesn't hurt. it bugs me that I cant make it stop or go away. my outer ear is sore as I think I can dig it out. went to readi med a few weeks back and they did flush my ear out , did have some ear wax. I still have the same thing going on, didn't help.
