I Have A Sharp Pain It Comes An Go Havent

i have a sharp pain it comes an go havent felt it in like 2 months an i just felt it again about an 1 hour ago i couldnt really move without it hurting an when i inhaled it hurted a little but it didnt come back again im scared an domt know what to do .
