I Have A Small, Hard Lump About A Half Inch

i have a small, hard lump about a half inch to an inch below the left edge of my left eye, situated approximately above the middle of the cheekbone. it feels like a large pimple, but is harder, and has no head on it. there is slight swelling around the area. what should i do?
