I Have A Sore Neck On The Right Side It

i have a sore neck on the right side it is sensitive when i touch it it is in the back behind the ear but lower alil it hurts when i turn my head to the right there is no swolling or bruses i had a bad pain that felt different in my lower back it went away for two days than now its my neck and it feeling like im feeling sick and tired
