I Have A Spot On My Forehead,last Week I Applied

i have a spot on my forehead,last week i applied a bindi on my forehead,because of sweating the colour of the bindi spread on my forehead,i tried to remove it wid a wet cotton,bt the colour did not remove properly,then i applied coconut oil on the area,and rub it with a cotton,after that the portion of my forehead becomes red,and after few days it becomes black,now there is a Small black patch on my forehead,how can i remove it? Will tri o block cream help to remove the patch? plz help doctor..
