I Have A Spot On My Left Shoulder That Itches

i have a spot on my left shoulder that itches and there is pain in the deep tissue around my shoulder blade. You can put your finger on the spot that itches but the pain is becoming a major issue. It woke me up last night and ibuprofen doesn't seem to help
