I Have A Stent In My Heart, Last Known 50

i have a stent in my heart, last known 50 percent blockage in card. artery, and type two diabetic. recently i started working again a mild routine in a store. my question is i had a sharp pain in my left side that was a split second but sent a shuck throughout my left side through my toes and finger, then right after i had a pearsure pain in the top of my right side of my head. what do you think it might be, please i am have swelling in my feet to the point it is hurting throughout my knees that is causing it very hard to walk without pain. can you tell me what might be going on with me?
