I Have A Sudden Urge To Urinate With And Tinge

i have a sudden urge to urinate with and tinge of pressure in my left testicle and a dull tingling pain eminating from the head of my penis. when i go try to urinate it is difficult to start and there is not a lot of urine to release. i have no pain associated with actually urinating. i do have a mild case of hemorroids that i am currently treating.
