I Have A Swollen Gland In Left Side Of My

i have a swollen gland in left side of my neck under my chin and its causing alot of pain in my left side jaw and left shoulder. i am having trouble swallowing but no sore throat. if u touch it i buckle down crying, what do i do? its been going on over a month its getting worse.
