I Have A Upper Abdominal Mild Pain Continuous For A

i have a upper abdominal mild pain continuous for a day, it is not severe, i have GERD problem, but this continuous mild pain is disturbing, two weeks back i had drunk alcohol, in a year i take alcohol less than 10 times for the past 7 years, before that i have drunk for almost 10 years in a moderate way, stopped smoking a year back..i am worried of this problem, i have consulted doctor and he told me to take Pandac-DSR for 5 days and advised USG abdomen pelvis only if there is a unbearable pain or rolling pain...i am also confused as i took Dosa batter which was little old for 3 times but not that old..my stools are okay..no loose motion..but i had a stomach discomfort before this abdominal pain
