I Have A Very Mild, Almost Dull Ache That Comes

i have a very mild, almost dull ache that comes and goes around where my liver should be. I know I have a fatty liver and shouldn't drink but still do on the weekends. the pain flares up after a weekend of drinking. Do you think i'm at the chirosis level yet?
