I Have A Warm Senation On The Top Part Of

i have a warm senation on the top part of my foot that Is pretty constant. it's not painful or uncomfortable but has me concerned. I Googled it and read that it could be some sort of neuropathy, symptom of diabetes, kidney disease, alcohol abuse or vitamin deficiency.
I drink 2-3 glasses of wine each night.
it doesn't really tingle, just a warm sensation......any ideas? Thanks
