I Have A Wound In My Hips Internal Side 1

i have a wound in my hips internal side 1 or 2 inch far from anus i am suffering last four or five months first it was not appear but feel pain on it,it was brust last three months before and coming puss and blood i have used high antibiotic but it is not getting well doctors are advised me to operate it kindly suggest me what i should do.asif
