I Have A Wound On My Hand Which Is Almost

i have a wound on my hand which is almost completely healed. a week ago i used water nd disinfectant to clean the wound so now i have contact dermatitis. been using calamine lotion but the pus keeps oozing out above the surface of the calamine lotion. i am thinking of taking ampiclox capsules now. i was also adviced to take an oral antihistamine. can u prescribe one?
