I Have Allergic Caugh And Have Been Advised Seroflo And

i have allergic caugh and have been advised seroflo and levolin inhalers, 2 puffs each. Since this is not a permanent condition like asthama, I take it whenever i get caugh, may be twice or thrice in a year.
Now, since yesterday my caugh has started - should i start these medicines before my caugh becomes very bad?
