I Have An Anal Rash….slight Pea Sized Bulge….did Have A

i have an anal rash….slight pea sized bulge….did have a slight blood stain during defecation… a day or so…very minimal.

my left arm is in a sling after a key hole surgery…so unable to use my left arm while wash and having sponge bath….so a normal full fledged wash at the moment a hindrance
so having to depend on wipes..
could the excessive moisture …be the problem for the rash…..rough skin…dryness…and the temperature here is very high..so the heat…
so wanted to know why the rash and the blood stain..
can i use candid b ointment…or bacteroban
can you suggest an alternative or the possible diagnosis
