I Have An Dent On My Left Hip, Closer To

i have an dent on my left hip, closer to the front of my hip, i cant not sleep on my left side, i also have numbness and burning sensation on my left buttock when i sit or lie down. what could be the cause? my x rays says i should be evaluated for impingement, but according to what i see online i dont think that is my problem
