I Have An Impaction Too Far Up To Manually Reach,

i have an impaction too far up to manually reach, i have been to my doctor twice, i have taken any and every kind of laxative, drank the gallon jug of groseness from the pharmacy, done 2 bags of the suds enema at the hospital and it still wont break loose. it has been 23 days now since i have done more than water stool.. what do I do?
