I Have An Ongoing Eye Issue That Is Getting Worse

i have an ongoing eye issue that is getting worse despite all of the over the counter meds I have tried....(all)...eyes are constantly itchy,and have constant discharge..was just right eye for cpl.months,now beginning in left as well...sometimes watery,mostly a thick mucas discharge that I pull out constantly and also it snaps back into my eye 9 out of 10 times...eyes are swollen often,red inside always,outside sometimes...blurry sometimes....but always constant discharge...sometimes feel sharp pressure behine eye...have severe insomnia and environmental allergies....this has been progressively worse by the day over past yr...plz help!!!...thank u for ur time....
