I Have Anxiety Attacks Mainly Cause I Have A History

i have anxiety attacks mainly cause i have a history of heart issues in my family my dad died from and enlarged heart and just last year my sister and i am scared of this happening to me so when i have an unexplained ache anywhere from shoulders to stomach i automatically assume it is my heart but...... when i have gone to doctor appointments and emergency rooms it never is the issue only high blood pressure what can i do...... worried in seattle
