I Have Been Constantly Coughing. These Are Chest Coughs With

i have been constantly coughing. These are chest coughs with mucus. I also feel very lightheaded and like I'm going to throw up constantly. I threw up in my mouth multiple times today. I'm also constantly sneezing I've been feeling like this for around 3 days and I've tried everything. Drinking tea , going to sleep early , resting after school , drinking small amounts of water and NOTHING is working I only feel worse. Please help me
