I Have Been Constipated For 7-10 Days. Sometimes I Can

i have been constipated for 7-10 days. sometimes i can get small pebbly passes. but i haven't had a good 1 for that long. how long is too long?? and I started 2 days ago w/ stool softener and milk of magnesia. used both yesterday, and then a suppository at night. today i took miralax and enema. what else do i do?
