I Have Been Coughing Few Days Now Get Queasy When

i have been coughing few days now get queasy when i eat, i had 2 stents put in in 2007. i spit up alot lately a lot of pleme ,i have not quit smoking , my legs cramp up if i walk half block, also since heart problems i am not able to shiver if i get cold while walking my body cramps up so bad i can hardly move i force myself to move or i feel like i'm freezing literally from inside out , if i overheat i get queasy ,if i wake up to quick and get startled i will throw up and takes 5-10 minutes to calm down i don't know what to do i take antidepressant,high blood pressure pills, i don't know what to do
