I Have Been Diagnosed By Er Doc . To Have

i have been diagnosed by er doc . to have conjuctional vitus in my eyes and said that i had a hemorage in my left eye. prescribed drops and ive been taking as directed but my vision has went from 20/20 to now i can hardly see anything . everything is just a blurr is this normal
