I Have Been Diagnosed With Pneumonia, Currently On Day 6

i have been diagnosed with Pneumonia, currently on day 6 of Levaquin 750. Also am taking zyrtec, flonase, prednisone 40mg, albuterol and symbicort. I have asthma as well. I am still having chest tightness that comes and goes. Seems to be worse late afternoon into the evening. I am coughing, but not a productive cough. Feel like chest is tight and no change after using albuterol nebulizer. I am not running a fever, never have run a fever with this illness. Is this normal course of what to expect?
