I Have Been Diagnosed With A Miscarriage On The 29th

i have been diagnosed with a miscarriage on the 29th january. Had an ultrasound done but nun was seen in my uterus but a sac was seen outside the uterus.did blood test on the 1st feb. and the 3rd feb.but hcg increased from 731 to 850. did an ultrasound on the 8th feb. a sac was seen outside my uterus and it appeared to be gettin smaller.
had a period on 17th january and waas spottin from the 25th january to the 26th feb. and still gettin a positive pregnancy test and still spotting
