I Have Been Diagnosed With Acute Spinal Stenosis. I Am

i have been diagnosed with acute spinal stenosis. I am a 86 year old male in good health. the only medication that I am presently taking is crestor and avidart. I do not suffer from diabetes and my heart and blood pressure is normal. However I am experiencing numbness to-gether with a swelling in both feet. Is this a symptom of my acute spinal stenosis condition or could it be related to something else ?
